I've started my journey as a yoga teacher and so far its been a wonderful experience. I would love to share everything I have learnt as I truly believe we all can live a more conscious, aware as well as mindful life.
Anyone who does yoga will tell you that it’s more than just difficult poses and positive affirmations; it’s not about incense and frills. Yoga is a lifestyle and approach to positivity which seeks to enlighten the spirit and attune body and mind.
Those who know me will attest to my obsession with handstands and while they are not strictly limited to yoga, they require a lot of strength, balance and mindfulness and for me, this relates a lot to the characteristics and qualities sought in yoga.
Join me at my classes and I hope to teach, maybe inspire and at the very least bring warmth to your body through not only breath but asana.

Regularly practicing yoga has many benefits. From increased focus to heightened flexibility, we all benefit differently from yoga.

Flow
Flow is a general flow class. It consists of a typical structure of warm up, vinyasa flow, breath awareness and meditation. Within these classes you will be offered the opportunity and invitation to take more advanced options.
Dynamic Flow
Dynamic Flow is an invitation to tap into the power of presence. Through fluid movement and breath, you’ll have an opportunity to open and strengthen your body and mind. You’re welcome to come as you are, do what feels good, and flow in your own way.
